This is only a pack of 10 foils. Can be used for brightening up your money piece had come pops of brightness throughout the hair. This is NOT OR WILL NOT GIVE THE LOOK OF A FULL HIGHLIGHT OR BALAYAGE. Most likely for clients have been serviced by me.
