Cancellation Policy

❌Confirming your appointment is a must. If you don’t not confirm your appointment and fill out the forms 1 week after booking, your appointment WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE DECLARED CANCELED ❌ _________________________ ➡️DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ⬅️ No Refunds • If (you) the client cancels. If the appointment is attended the deposit will be deducted from your appointment total. ⬅️ All color appointments require a deposit (not optional) If you cancel 1 months before your color appointment your deposit can go towards next color (only ) appointment online . Meaning you can only use a color deposit for color services. That can only happen once. If you cancel again you loose your deposit. Deposit are only valid to be transferred for 2months . If you do not reschedule with in 2 months the deposit is lost. *Read this thoroughly ⬆️ _______________________________ •I also do not lighten hair that has been colored black. Box or professional (even if it was a year ago). Those are corrections I do not do anymore. _______________________________ • Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made within 24HR'S BEFORE APPOINTMENT or you will be charged . This respectful courtesy will result in you being able to book towards your next appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service and you will be able to reschedule. NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AGAIN. •AFTER 15 mins of being late your appointment gets CANCELLED and you will be charge the 50% of the service cost and loose your deposit . Even if your one min over your appointment is canceled . Not up for discussion ! _______________________________ • No plus ones , no exceptions. • I do not service young kids | only 16 and older. You can park right in front the salon or on the side streets. There’s ample parking. The gps may take you to the back of the building. The salon entrance in directly on Main Street in front of citizens bank.
