CANCELLATION POLICY

❌Confirming your appointment is a must❌ _________________________ •I also do not lighten hair that has been colored black or dark brown. Box or professional (even if it was a year ago). Those are corrections I do not do anymore. _______________________________ • Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made within 24HR'S BEFORE APPOINTMENT or you will be charged . This respectful courtesy will result in you being able to book towards your next appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service and you will be able to reschedule. NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AGAIN. •AFTER 15 mins of being late your appointment gets CANCELLED and you will be charge the 50% of the service cost . Even if you are one minute over your appointment is canceled . This is not up for debate. _______________________________ • No plus ones , no exceptions. • I do not service young kids | only 16 and older. You can park right in front the salon or on the side streets. There’s ample parking. The gps may take you to the back of the building. The salon entrance in directly on Main Street in front of citizens bank.
